Notes
For an epoxy coating with 65% volume solids targeting 250 microns DFT: WFT = (250 × 100) / 65 = 385 microns. Theoretical coverage = (10 × 65) / 250 = 2.6 m²/L. For 100 m² area: consumption = 100 / 2.6 = 38.5 liters. Always add 10-20% loss factor for practical consumption.
